Office Communication Software
The office conversation, the tasks that come out of it and the notes people take, in one place. Every task has one owner and a due day, and both tasks and notes show up on the calendar.

The idea
In a technical office, work rarely arrives as a task. It arrives as a message. Someone writes that the consultant wants the asphalt quantities rechecked before Thursday, three people read it, and each of them assumes one of the other two has it.
The same goes for notes. Whatever was agreed in the progress meeting sits in somebody's notebook, and two weeks later nobody is sure which day it was said or who was supposed to follow it up.
This tool keeps those three things together: the conversation, the tasks and the notes. A task has one owner and a due day. A note belongs to a day. Both land on the same calendar as the meetings, so the week can be read in one look.
What it does
- Messages: the internal conversation of the office
- Tasks: assigned to one person, with a due day, and ticked off when done
- Notes: written against a day, so they can be found again by when they were taken
- Calendar: meetings, task due days and notes on one week
About the demonstration
The demo above runs entirely in your browser on an example office (synthetic data: one week in the technical office of a simplified road contract, with people shown by role). Turn a message into a task, pick who gets it and when it is due, write a note, and watch both appear on the calendar.
